"Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful with directions to locations I wanted to visit. Food was very good, great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Shopping was just across the street and so was the subway station. The only thing I didn't like about the property is they didn't provide daily maid service. We were there six days and only had the room cleaned once. I always had to get fresh towels from the front desk."

I also found the fresh fruit to be second rate, that means it was not ripe, sweet and did not taste good. I did not find white toast either and did not bother to ask for that as well. "A spotlessly clean, modern and stylish hotel just a short walk (<5 mins) to the main (HBF) train station, which was perfect for transport on to the Porsche and Mercedes museums. Location is great, and not as hard to find as some reviews have suggested due to the ongoing renovations of the HBF main entrance - just head for the exit marked "Kriegsbergstrasse" and it's just around the corner. Friendly staff and a welcoming 24 hour bar (with courtyard, open until 10.00pm). Would highly recommend."
