Die Terrasse (ca. 3x5m) ist auch ausreichend groß für den Tisch mit 3 bequemen Flechtsesseln + Strandkorb, aber keine Abgrenzung zu Nebenterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend in gutem Zustand, da teils schön erneuert (Sofa, Esstisch, Bettgestell), einige Teile sind vermutlich noch auf der Liste (Duschdichtungen, Backofen, Toaster, Matratzen gut aber seitlich abgesackt). Besteck und Geschirr ist komplett vorhanden incl....

An der Gardine im Wohnbereich fehlten mehrere Gardinenröllchen und der Lampenschirm von der Stehlampe hatte zwei Risse. Aber ansonsten eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung .Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!"
