「This property is in a convenient location and once was very nice but has, unfortunately, not been well maintained. The terrace had 5 cm of standing water due to a drainage issue and cans of cigarette butts and so was unusable. The overall cleanliness was not good when we arrived. We complained and they did send someone to make it a bit better thus three stars instead of two. We have stayed in several Dutch short term rentals and this one wasn’t up to the usual standard.」

"とても良いホテルです。 駅から徒歩8分、教会の目の前というロケーション。 エレベーターと階段どちらも使えます。 フロントは親切でフレンドリー。 なによりも朝食が最高です！各地を旅行している日本人やアムステルダム在住のメンバー数人で行きましたが、過去最高レベルの朝食とみな喜んでいました。 4泊のなかで少しずつパンやフルーツのラインナップに変化もあり嬉しかったです。 周辺のお店は閉まるのが早い(日本人にとって)ですは、テイクアウトをロビーで食べて、課金制のビールやワインを飲めるなど過ごしやすいです。 タオルウォーマーで衣類乾燥もできました。 部屋に冷蔵庫・飲み水はないです。 歯ブラシはないです。他のアメニティは十分あります。"
