With many restaurants in the area from McDonald’s to sushi restaurants and bakery’s right on the premises as well just need a digital code to get inside casino 5 min away

Central Park tennis 🎾 court down the street casino 5 min away malls about 10 mins away in the area as well. Barbershops , hair salons, tanning salons, and many places to eat

McDonald’s, sushi restaurants, Stewart’s shops, hooka shops, subways, bruggers bagels, and a dozen of more eating place with a 3 block radius

There’s a very easy way travel with car bike or bus with all three things in the area as well from Uber to city bikes and bus lines in front the building

No smoking 🚭 no parties 🎉 no rearranging furniture or moving smoke alarms 🚨…… these are things that can bring about a $200 fine if the guest don’t cooperate with these rules.. especially because these are all serious safety issues as well
we do not charge a cleaning fee as long as its clean... $30 for laundry $60 for whole apartment and $120 for extra messy
