Villa Catia is a recently restored country house located in the Florence area of Tuscany. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies in a quiet countryside just 3.5 km from the village of Galliano, where you can find food shops and restaurants. Florence is a short drive away with all its attractions and the villa is close to Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, and riding stables.

Villa Catia (100 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with a French sofa bed, fireplace, and satellite TV) and a dining area (with table seating 6), as well as a well-equipped kitchen and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet and washing machine).

On the first floor, you will find you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with one single bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, you will find a garden (500 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 1.2m - 1.5m; open from 1 April to 30 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and outdoor sofa) and a veranda with an outdoor eating area (with wood oven and barbecue). Private parking is available onsite.
