Wonderful host and a brilliant b&b. Breakfast was yummy and the bedroom was clean and comfy. Our only negative would be there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels and no little shelf to put shower gel on whilst showering. Minor things.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here, great location for all amenities and public transport. Very nice property, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really something to look forward to each morning with a great choice available. Tina was a wonderful host, very welcoming and really made the place a home from home experience. Nothing was too much trouble from check-in to check-out. Many thanks Tina, already looking forward to returning..👍😎
