「The bedroom & en suite were very tastefully decorated, with the decor exactly to our taste!
The Bella Rose coffee shop was used throughout our stay & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. The 15% discount was used each time we ate there which was a bonus as thought it might be a one-off.
Peasholm Park on the doorstep was a huge plus too!
My only criticism of our stay was that I made the owners aware that I was allergic to fur & feathers beforehand & I particularly queried any cushions...

「Excellent reception by host and parking immediately explained and sorted. spacious room with sink and small ensuite excellent shower . Table prepared for breakfast. All one could want with starter full english plus toast and jam and yoghurt. Great location for me staying for the cricket festival which was short walk . Highly recommend as value for money」

「Upon my arrival I received a genuinely warm welcome from Chris and Julie. My room was beautifully presented and very clean with a modern look. The breakfasts were excellent and Chris was very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay there again.」
