Cielo Alto is a second floor apartment in a quiet residential area of Scarborough, yet just a short stroll from the beach or the town centre. The spacious living room has a large window, overlooking Oliver’s Mount, which stands over 500ft above sea level. Here you’ll find some lovely woodland walks as well as fantastic views of the whole of Scarborough. Oliver’s Mount is home to the motor bike and road races, with fearless drivers descending the mount at speed.

Shops, bars, pubs and cafes are all within a short walk and the seafront is less than a 10-minute walk. The apartment is central for most things, including the train station for those who arrive by public transport. You can also catch a direct train to the wonderful medieval city of York, which has been voted every year as one of the top ten cities to visit.

Scarborough is a very popular seaside resort on the east coast, boasting two wonderful bays. The North Bay is home to the Sea Life Centre, the Alpamare Water Park and the beautiful Peasholm Park, that has attracted visitors for many years, with stunning gardens and a boating lake. South Bay is home to the Spa where you can be entertained by international shows or sit and enjoy the band during the summer months.

The resorts of Whitby, Filey, Flamborough Head and Bridlington are all just a short drive. The Yorkshire Wolds and the North York Moors National Park are both close by, with stunning scenery and wonderful walks or cycling routes. Beach ½ mile. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
