"Its ok as a budget hotel"

"The female staff member at the reception was very cold in her response. The soundproofing was almost nonexistent, and I filed a complaint because I could still hear music coming from the room next door even after 11 PM. In the end, I could hear the music and voices from the neighboring room until 1 AM, so I was unable to sleep."

"Breakfast is great. Lobby excellent. Staff great. Rooms very reasonable. A little tight and a little hard to get the room cleaned. Totally great stay. Just a little complaint about unclear how to ensure the room is cleaned (you have to request the night before)"

"Brilliant hotel, staff and location. Room was lovely although warm at night . Breakfast was outstanding especially for us who had allergies/ preferences. We loved the care and attention. Easy to get to from the airport and within walking distance of sights. Unfortunately there was a huge amount of noise every night and we were on the 9th floor. Lots of screaming, shouting and cheering till 4am most nights. Not from hotel or guests but surrounding area. We hardly slept on our last night as we also had an early start. Not sure if this is ongoing but it has impacted if we would return. Appreciate it’s in the centre but this was not trams or traffic noise. "
