「The lady in the reception was very helpful. My original booking was for a single room with breakfast. A friend came along so I requested for a double room and paid extra with breakfast for my friend when I checked in. No issue whatsoever with my request. The issue was when we came down for breakfast and I was persistently told by two staffs that I only paid for 1 breakfast. Eventually they checked their list and there was an addendum that I paid breakfast for two. Otherwise very comfortable bed...

「チェックイン時間前だったが、普通に部屋に入れた。ツインの予約だったが、３人で泊まれるファミリー向けの広めの部屋だった。リノベーション後であったのか、とても綺麗で水色が基調の可愛いお部屋。大きなバスタブもあり快適。それでいてルルドという土地柄の値段設定なのか、格安。フロントのスタッフも親切で、チェックアウト後も荷物預かるか、向こうから聞いてくれる。駅からも近くし、場所もわかりやすく、すぐ見つかる。」

「観光地まで歩いて迎えます。また女性の従業員の方が無理なお願いにも快く対応していただき助かりました」

「川岸に立つこのホテルの部屋からの眺めは最高。聖地の洞窟までも歩いて近くです。ホテルのスタッフの応対も親切です。レストランのメニューもいろいろあったので助かりました。家内と二人で訪れましたがまた泊まってみたい。料金も適切です。」
