We had a great stay after driving over from the French side of the Pyrenees. We booked the family room and were expecting a smaller European size but the room was big, perfect for a family of 4. The pool was lovely. There is easy access to hiking. We dined in the bar and the food was very good, again simple for kids but better than simple bar food. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff who was very welcoming.

주차장 잘되어있고 주변 경관이 무척 좋습니다. 후기에 청소상태 걱정이 많던데 깔끔했습니다. 직원분들 친절하고 오르데사 국립공원 가기에는 아주 적합한 숙소입니다.

Hôtel très bien placé avec une magnifique vue . Hôtel de bon standing, personnel agréable ( à l'exception d'un serveur au moment du dîner qui ne devait pas avoir passé une bonne journée). Rien à dire sur la propreté des lieux et de la chambre repas très correct pour une demi-pension et petit déjeuner au top.

Hôtel ne valant pas plus que 2 étoiles, ascenseur dysfonctionnant, climatisation en panne et donc nuits suffocantes, mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, piscine non chauffée et transats insuffisants en nombre et nombreux cassés, personnel peu à l'écoute, localisation excentrée par rapport au village d'Ordesa et nécessitant de prendre sa voiture pour aller se garer sur le parking de la ville pour prendre le bus qui est complet quand il passe devant l'hôtel pour accéder aux randonnées du parc. Pas de bornes de recharge accessibles aux clients de l'hôtel mais bien à certains de ceux du camping attenant. Dans les points positifs, petit déjeuner et dîner de bonne qualité, avec personnel attentif

The room had no AC. It was hot and waking up sweating on a vacation was not the plan. With windows open and with a fan. Too hot. Should have been made clear on the listing. The shower drain has no P trap. So a few times in the day, bad smell from the drainage would fill the room. Covering the drain with a towel resolves the problem temporarily.

Hôtel 4 étoiles avec une climatisation non fonctionnelle pour la plupart des chambres et sans ventilateur disponible. Les chambres climatisées fonctionnelles sont uniquement reservables sur le site de l’hôtel et non sur le site hôtel.com. Cette ambiguïté est largement entretenue par l’hôtel et cautionnée par hotel.com. La température de notre chambre était insupportable, aucune ventilation possible, pas de volet et en plein soleil le soir. Cet hôtel ne correspond pas aux standards d’un 4 étoiles voire d’un 3 étoiles.

We had a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and large. The room and bathroom showed their age. It's an older property, but still comfortable. Oh yeah, the shower was tricky. When you tried to adjust the flow of water, it was very sensitive. If you weren't holding the hand-held part, it turned around and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff extremely helpful.

The place was nice and people were friendly. The parking is easy and accessible. There’s a restaurant and a bar. The spa is 26€+ per person for 1h… so it’s expensive for Americans people used to more for free. The rooms are ok but not really well insulated, we could hear other people talking. For the proximity of the park it’s exceptional. Stop at the Information center in the city before you get there.

Lovely hotel and surrounding area

We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel

Das Zimmer war mit großem Bett und großer Terrasse. Laminatboden und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben 2x von den 3 Nächten im Restaurant gegessen. Es war hervorragend. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Pool ist sauber aber nicht beheizt. Und ich glaube er wird auch von dem oben liegenden Campingplatz benutzt. Es gibt Poolhandtücher. Der Parkplatz ist gegenüber dem Hotel mit einigen Plätzen überdacht und auch noch einige unbedachte Plätze kostenlos. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für 14,50€. Die Bar ist viel geöffnet und man bekommt da auch Getränke und kleine Gerichte. In den Ort Torla knapp 2 km. Dort kann man kostenlos parken und mit dem Bus in den Park fahren. Im Ort gibt es auch nette Lokale und 2 kleine Supermärkte. Aber Wasser vielleicht vorher kaufen. Sonst hat man das Geschleppe. Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
