"On nous a attribué une chambre tres petite avec un ventilateur et 40 degrés dehors!! Impossible pour nous tellement on avait chaud , nous avons demandé à changer de changer l hôtesse nous en a donné une autre vu parking mais nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit des clim de l hotel d a côté nous sommes tres déçu pour le prix et ne reviendrons pas. "The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "

"Staffs were very nice & helpful (especially Allen &Georgena) Continental breakfast was good. Room was good especially if you travel as family The hotel location was quiet & convenient -17mins walk to the sanctuary & 5 mins or less walk to the airport shuttle bus stop"

"Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!"

"Room was clean. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Testarurant was great. Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it. We travel all over France and England for months out of the year every year. We have never had this issue. Is it a new thing? If so, they should make it clear on the reservation that every person staying at the hotel will need a photo id or send an email - anything other than stressing out late-night travelers who only want to go to bed."
