The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. "It was a good hotel, good location, limited parking. I couldn't park my car there so book in advance. Was good size rooms but my room had a damaged shower head so there was no pressure for me to take a proper shower"
