"Dieses Haus ist ein Traum und der richtige Ort, um auszuspannen und Ruhe zu finden. Jedoch auch für Familien, Paare oder Gruppen bestens geeignet, mit viel Platz ums Haus zum Spielen. Das Haus hält auch innen, was es aussen verspricht. Wohnlich warme Atmosphäre, mit gemütlicher Terrasse und Sauna mit Holzfeuerung. Etwas störedn war die Nationalstrasse. Vom Uferbereich nimmt man den Verkehrslärm wahr, auf der Terrasse ist es schon besser, aber im Haus hört man gar nichts, obwohl ich allein war."

"Der Vermieter hat sehr wenig uns gegenüber das Objekt in der Handhabung erklärt. Er hat nur gesagt, der Schlüssel steckt im Schloss. Bei W-Lan Ausfall hat er den Fehler sofort korrigiert. Ein netter Mann, der Jukka-Pekka. Nicht schlimm denn wir sind erfahrene Finnland-Reisende. Bis 2015 mit eigenem Sommerhaus in der Nähe von Taavetti an der Reichsstraße 6. Also alles was um's Haus, im Haus zu wissen war kannte ich."

"We were surprised that our paid reservation wasn’t listed by Expedia but the staff were able to clear up the situation. We weren’t aware that the morning breakfast feast was included in the reservation and it was an unbelievable display smorgasbord to experience. I would recommend this hotel for any travel wanting to be within walking distance to Olavinlinna as well."

"It started out confusing- check in was at the other e of the street @ a restaurant.. it meant backtracking with a bag. I got my key and headed back to the hotel. The place is charming- an older wooden structure . I felt like I was in an Ibsen play! The room was nice- mini apartment with a kitchenette. The breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to the center and to the castle The price was quite high for this somewhat rustic venue with no elevator. The high caprice was due to the opera festival, but still tooooooi high! Perhaps a Scandic or Sokos would have been more reasonable"

"I loved staying here. The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and bright with the a view of the lake. I even saw the northern lights from my balcony! The sauna and pool were very nice and clean. I loved the bright windows for the pool. I had breakfast and supper and both were delicious. A good breakfast spread and the supper menu and service was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel."
