"Room was clean, car attendants wonderful and cheery. Bar staff fun. Restaurant’s staff so pleasant, especially morning hostess! Very well situated in downtown. Can walk anywhere. Again, got a second rate room location and had to ask to be moved as the room entered directly onto a public walkway next to the pool. Public had clear view of inside room. Were we placed there because of using a third party site. Tired of getting shabby rooms. "

"The entire staff was amazing. They were all super warm and friendly. We had an "atrium" room which faced the interior of the hotel. That was the only issue. It felt claustrophobic not being able to open the blinds and see the outdoors. But the location was fantastic and so was the staff. Chi Chi, the bartender, was a riot. We had a wonderful time."

"Had a great stay in Savannah at this hotel. Had a problem with the toilet but they fixed it right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices which was also nice. Pool on the roof had an awesome view! We used public parking right next door and it wasn't very expensive. It's a great location for walking to main downtown attractions, shops, and dining. I'd definitely stay here again."

"We like this property and have stayed here before. However, this time we had a few issues. They only had one luggage cart. Although the desk clerk looked for it, she could not locate it. So we had to lug all our stuff to the room. The ice machine on our floor was out-of-order. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The shower drain was slow so we were showering in about 3-4" of water. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was good!"
