「It was easy and it was nice and clean」

「We had a very pleasant stay at The Kingston. The outside of the hotel is clean and parking is secure. Check in was fast and the lobby area was clean. The rooms seem to be very well insulated. All the rooms around us were occupied and we never heard noise coming from the rooms or hallway. The room was very clean and spacious. It had the basic amenities but no microwave. 「When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay.
