My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good.

Good and welcoming staff, bar service was good. Serving efficiency in restaurants and quality needs improvement.

Resort was nice and there was always something to do. The bar is always packed but they move fast and the employees know how to have fun. The food was really good and had a big variety. The people are friendly and I would definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Ocean Eden bay. Many food options, some were great and the others were decent. If you are looking for a hotel that parties a lot, I would say this is not the hotel for it. If you want to simply relax, this is your spot. Which is why it worked for us. A few downsides, the lazy river was not available to use since they were fixing it. When we left it still wasn’t working and that was already 6 days in. When we checked in we thought we were getting a king bed, but they told us it was no guaranteed when you book and we ended up with 2 queen beds. So if you want to make sure to secure a king, I would call ahead (not sure if they will grant it in advance tho). Overall, we didn’t let the few mishaps ruin our vacation. I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend and we loved the huge pool that they had. Everyone was really sweet and friendly as well.

The check in was so slow . Spent an hour just to check in. Had a bad experience at the sport bar was bad. They didnt attend to i and my friends for over an hour . Everything else was good . Nice hotel amenities
