"I arrived a little after check out and the process was smooth. The room was ready and clean. They have little carts that take you around the property, if you need one a hotel staff member would request it for you and makes it easier to get around. There are 3 pools, one of which is pretty big and has a swim up bar. The pool draws the attention of some iguanas, which they have a sign up telling you not to feed them but other people do anyways. The staff was friendly and quick with service. They do play some music, nothing consistent. I arrived on a Thursday and they did not have any entertainment happening until Monday when a DJ came in the morning for about 3 hours. The pictures shows an outdoor area with seating, that area was not there. There was no seating or entertainment it was bare. The package comes with Signature All Inclusive, which includes 6 restaurants on site. I recommend the Windows of Aruba for Italian night- best salmon I ever had. All food and desserts were amazing. Bar Tapas is very good as well. Mulligans is convenient, the food is alright and was my go-to for breakfast. The front desk gives you a list letting you know what restaurants have what type of food they have but the list was not accurate. The first night the light went out twice but came back very quick. The beach is across the street, clean and beautiful. Overall, great place to stay if you want to relax. "

"This was my first time in Aruba & as soon as we arrived at the Renaissance resort, we were greeted & welcomed! Check in was smooth & easy! Our room wasn’t ready, but our luggage was kept safe & we were free to explore! It is in a very walkable area, which we loved! The room was spacious for my party of 3 & the pool & hot tub was just what we needed after a long travel day! Any request we had was immediately accommodated, they secured a taxi driver for us, made food recommendations, brought additional linens for the room, etc. I also enjoyed how the family friendly side of the hotel was separate from the adults only side. We stayed in the ocean suites room, it was clean, bathroom was spacious, had all the amenities you would want on vacation! Even during check-out, the staff was so kind & wished us well, hoping we would visit again. This place was absolutely beautiful & I cannot wait to visit again. "

"ocean view is a little deceptive....room near the end of the hall over a parking lot. barely an ocean view. Not worth complaining to change rooms, but otherwise, everything was great. gloria, the housekeeper was fantastic, always very pleasant when we saw her. The beach was amazing. everything was great!"

"Every single staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Josh and Kendrick helped make our check in and check out process smooth. They gave us wonderful advice for our future travels. We had the best time at the beach. I didn’t mind going early to get seats. Dylwin, Chris and Antoine did an amazing job. They ensured that we were well taken care of. Louisa and Jesus were absolutely wonderful at BLT. They gave us great food and wine recommendations. We will definitely return. "
