10/10 Excellent

"We have always enjoyed our stays at the Rodd Charlottetown. This time surpassed our expectations in many ways. First, the hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms and lobby are quite beautiful. Second, the staff continue to be second to none, polite, well mannered and friendly. Third, the building though historic has all the features we appreciate, windows that open, a lobby you can relax in and a front patio where you can have a pre-dinner refreshments while you wait for guests to arrive. I don’t, as a rule, give out a 100% score but the Rodd Charlottetown gets one from me for this stay. Thank you. Oh, and here is a tip, try their new “ Roddy “ craft beer, quite good !"

"Staff members were very pleasant and efficient at both the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with different hot items each day and everything was replenished quickly. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the freeway and airport and there’s lots of free parking. We were disappointed that the hot tub had been taken out, as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. (The hot tub was advertised when we booked and for some time afterwards.) It can get very busy and extremely noisy on days when the hotel hosts junior hockey tournaments."

"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL, incredible hotel. Stayed with two girlfriends for a girls trip and loved every minute in this hotel. Waking up to the sun streaming into the beautiful windows felt like waking up in Europe. The apartment was spotless, kitchen was gorgeous, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and living space was both beautiful and comfortable. Easily walkable from here to the old town/downtown area including Victoria Row and the Anne of Green Gables shop. Perfect location for a girls trip or a romantic getaway. 10/10 recommend."
