The bedrooms offer comfort and convenience, featuring a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit different preferences.



Step outside to discover the charming outdoor spaces, including three distinct terraces offering picturesque views of the countryside. The private heated pool, secured with an alarm system and enclosed for safety, beckons for refreshing dips and relaxation on the wooden terrace with deck chairs.



The holiday rental is situated in the heart of the vineyards of Bergerac, near the Périgord Noir. In the surroundings you can visit several known wine producing properties: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Saussignac. The nearest convenience stores are at about 700 m.

Please note, the house enjoys natural temperature regulation via a ground-coupled heat exchanger. A cot and highchair are available upon prior request.
