Magnificent wooden terrace with electric and charcoal barbecue. Large, bright living room opening onto the garden, the pool, and the rear terrace. Open-plan kitchen with central island, ideal for sharing warm moments. 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 2 separate toilets (first floor and 1st floor) 7 nights minimum stay - arrival on Saturday - linen and cleaning included. The accommodation: On the first floor, an air-conditioned bedroom (Bedroom 2 pictured) with a double bed. Bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower (Bathroom 1 pictured). Separate WC. On the first floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (Bedroom 1 in photo) and the other with two single beds (Bedroom 3 in photo). Bathroom with one sink, walk-in shower (Bathroom 2 in photo). Separate WC. Parking for one vehicle in the villa courtyard. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, and cleaning included; please bring your own bath towels. Folding cot and high chair available upon request, free of charge. Cleaning included, but you will need to: - empty the dishwasher with the dishes dry and put away; - clean the microwave, oven, and stovetop; - empty the bathroom and kitchen bins; - use the electric and charcoal barbecues. Clean and tidy. All shopping services, doctors and other amenities within a 5-minute drive. Other remarks: Very close to the beaches of Palavas-Les-Flots, near all major tourist sites: Montpellier, Nîmes, Sète, Aigues-Mortes, the Pont du Gard, St Guilhem-le-Désert, Valmagne Abbey, the Cévennes, the Camargue and many other discoveries to be made.
