Ferry and bus to the city also a 10 minute walk. Next door to the marina is the newly renovated Dunphy Park with bocce ball court, sand volleyball court and gazebo. Enjoy the outdoors on the rooftop deck or the houseboats front bench. Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks, which can be launched from the houseboats pier. Many amazing hiking trails nearby in the Headlands or at Tennessee Valley. Ocean beaches are a 20 minute drive. Free street parking a few blocks away or guests can obtain a L parking permit for the lot at the marina for a fee.
