Vetuste et mal entretenu

Photos sur le site très datées car quand on est arrivé on avait l impression d entrer dans une friche industrielle : mauvaises herbes, portail plus que rouillé. Intérieur équipé avec des meubles datés, tapis tachés et peu de vaiselle : 2 verres à pied. Sans compter les taches d humidité. Intérieur très sombre car façade recouverte de lierre qui descend même sur les ouvertures.

French garden hideaway

I loved staying here. The small yet delightful garden and outdoor seating was my favorite spot. The interior was very roomy. Nice kitchen and bathroom. The close proximity to train station, shops and restaurants made it an ideal location. It was very quiet.

Accueil de Suzel sympathique.

Une location qui demanderait un coup de neuf, les lunettes de toilette devisée une plinthe décollée. Les tapis au sol ne sont pas très propres voir pour certains usés pas de placards pour ranger les ustensiles de cuisine. Une lampe qui n’est plus fixée au plafond en quelques mots un dépannage d’une soirée mais certainement pas pour résider en tourisme plusieurs jours. Suzel fait certainement de son mieux pour cette location mais cela ne suffit pas.

Prijskwaliteitsverhouding is okay.

Deze vakantie woning is voor ons een prettig alternatief geweest. In verband met de corona toestanden, wilden we niet kamperen en zochten we een, qua prijs geschikt, appartement. Het appartement heeft voldaan aan onze verwachtingen, het wat netjes, schoon en erg leuk ingericht. Onze verhuurster, mevrouw Suzel Puren is een sympathiek en behulpzaam persoon. Een tip: plaats een duidelijk huisnummer op het pand. (het was moeilijk te vinden)

Il y a tout le nécessaire .

L'appartement est bien équipé comme nous le souhaitions, et l'accueil est chaleureux. Le bruit du voisin du dessus à 7 h le matin, nous empêchait de dormir. L'isolation phonique ne devait pas être suffisante. La douche manquant d'évacuation, nous obligeait à être les pieds dans l'eau... Pas terrible ! Le cadre n'est pas idyllique, (en bordure d'un garage) mais la végétation bien présente et les fleurs partout nous font oublier ce cadre industriel.

Appartement spacieux mais vétuste

La dame et son fils, gentils et à l’écoute de nos besoins, le lit très confortable, la présence sécurisante d’une grille sont des éléments appréciables. Les commerces sont proches et Saumur-centre est à 20 mn à pied. Cependant, nous pensons qu’il serait souhaitable de prévoir un peu de rénovation des peintures et la vérification de l’état de marche et de propreté du matériel et de la vaisselle après les locations.

J'ai trouvé que l'appartement présentait toutes les qualités et surtout qu'il était grand. De plus la proximité d'un supermarché était un aout. Le seul reproche est sa position, assez éloignée du centre ville.
