The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was steps away to the beach. The condo was clean and looked freshly painted and upgraded. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when I contacted him. This is a quiet area, but easily accessible to other towns. We really enjoyed our stay here.area, but close to other areasbeqch

Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples.

Nice size condo for four adults. Very clean. Close to many restaurantes and the public beach access (800 feet away). Not a very crowded beach area. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you!

The four of us - 2 couples in our 60's - traveled to the area to visit wildlife refuges and Kennedy Space Center. Of course, we wanted to be on the beach while here! This condo was comfortable, roomy, with a great balcony for sunrise and dolphin viewing. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the condo balcony couldn’t have been any better. The beach was right there. Open the sliding glass door and you could see and hear the waves crashing against the shore. We fell asleep and awoke each day hearing the sound of the ocean. Awesome feeling.The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Everything we needed for cooking, eating and bathing was there. They did not forget a thing. Called the owner about where to find the key to get in and where to dump the trash, but other than that no hiccups.

We had a wonderful time staying here. This condo is really nice with wonderful views. It was very relaxing to be able to hear the surf from the balcony. We only had two concerns first there is only one set of keys which meant we had to be a little more coordinated with our comings and goings. They other concern is with the building, the beach access is closed, which meant we had to walk about a .25 of a mile to the nearest beach access. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

We were very happy with this condo, although the property/building itself left a lot to be desired. No luggage carts were available at check-in, so we had to bring everything up piecemeal over several trips. Also, the pool and beach access were undergoing renovation, which had not been made clear to us in the property description. We felt that was misleading. Beach access wasn't difficult, but was a 5-10-minute walk.Having said all that, the condo itself was lovely and well maintained. The owner was super responsive and helpful with anything that came up during our stay. And the beach is lovely. Love hearing the surf at sunrise from the deck.

This was a great location on the beach. As stated the place is under construction and the beach access and pool were closed. Public beach access was just a short walk from the front. It is an older building but the condo had been well kept and has been updated nicely. Lots of room and was a great hangout spot when we there. My only complaint is the property management never contacted us before the stay and we arrived at check in time locked out of the building with no instructions on how to check in. 35 minutes after the check in time an email was finally sent with check in information. Having some form of contact prior to check in would have made our experience much better

Condo was old, the main floor was a disaster, dirty and under construction. The screened in porch obstructed our view somewhat. The access to the beach was great, the pool was nice and location was good. The kitchen was adequate but quite old.

A great place for a quick getaway. The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend visiting family. The highlight would definitely be the view from nearly every room! We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night and watching the waves from the balcony.

We chose this unit because of the ocean balcony, and it was even better than the pictures. The balcony is screened in and is equipped with 2 chairs and a lounge chair. You are so close to the ocean and you can hear the waves from both bedrooms. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you are preparing your own meals. There are beach chairs and kick boards in the unit for you to use. The pizza place across the street was very good and the cheese steak restaurant was also good. We highly recommend this Condo, we will be back!!

Right off the bat, I want to say the property itself is right on the beach, you can’t beat the convenience of that. Communication with Rob was great. He was very prompt with his responses. There’s good and then there’s not so great. The building is very old and it’s a bit alarming when you first arrive. Definitely in need of some serious work and updating. But if you look past that and focus on the condo itself, it’s really not bad. The condo is very spacious, and it has everything you could need. Beautiful view of the beach, very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bath tubs do need updating because the paint is chipping so we were not able to give our son a bath while there. Not a deal breaker for some, but just good to know. But there was plenty of towels, washcloths and the water was nice and hot. They did have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels which was much appreciated! Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay, but I would say it’s a tad bit overpriced for the exact area and conditions of the building.
