Inexpensive, centrally located within walking distance of several venues: Sasebo train station, the port area, US Navy base

Conveniently located. Comfortable and they quickly added a bed for an extra guest. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The train station was a couple hundred yards away and the bus terminal was on the bottom floor of the building. Perfect for our needs.
The room was quite small, but clean and quiet. The location is excellent. Center of the downtown area, just across the main street from the Sasebo train station and next to the main bus depot.
Large elevated parking garage right behind the hotel, which offers discount parking vouchers.
Location is great, room is dated but clean, and the bathroom is way too small. There are not much hotel choices around this area with the same price range.
I got a larger room than the cheapest and the room was still tight. There was confusion about breakfast so I ate elsewhere. The hotel is across the street from the train station, the taxi stand, and bus station so transportation was good.
I stayed in this hotel for a night and it was super nice. The room is small but big enough for one person. Its very close to the station so it’s convenient to get to.
Really nice place to stay and have a lot of place to go like the train station to travel to other cities on your free time, Ginza street that have a lot of small and medium size souvenirs shop, Bangai Mall and a lot restaurant options for all the taste.
A couple of the staff spoke great English, but had no problems communicating with anyone. Clean. Close to train. The express bus to Nagasaki airport is first floor, so super convenient. Plenty to eat nearby and lots of local shops nearby.
Was a nice getaway. Room was neat and clean. Good area.

Overall a good stay.
Pros: Gorgeous view from our room. Easy access to the train and in the same building as the bus station. Extremely convenient for travelers. Well maintained.
Cons: Tiny area for the coin laundry. Bidet didn’t work. Front dest unfriendly. Why would you hire people in the hospitality business that hate their job?
I think it’s the nicest cheap hotel in the sasebo area. Comfortable, not too hot, not too cold!

There was constant construction work going on. Every morning when I was in my hotel room, I heard a constant bang on the walls as if someone was hitting the walls. It was very disturbing and wouldn’t let me relax in my hotel room. I later found out that it was because they were doing some maintenance. I wish I was at least told that there would be noise so that I would be aware of when this obnoxious bang would happen. We were left in the dark on this and I was very frustrated with the noise.
Great location. Just opposite the Sasebo train station and bus station. Lots of restaurants around. Convenient to Connect to anywhere. Hotel clean and spacious. Will come again
The Hotel Resol is a convenient location. It connects to the Sasebo Bus Terminal and has a taxi station located next to the building. It's only a ten-minute cab ride to Sasebo Naval Base. The breakfast is simple but tasty and rooms are comfortable.
