「Súper bien 」

「That hotel was closed and I had to find another hotel at a higher price. It is in acceptable that they do accept reservations even when they know the place is not available」

「It was great and the pool was wonderful.」

「This beautiful hotel is located up on a mountain, away from the noise of the city. The views are simply stunning and the staff is attentive, to say the least. They greet you with a smile, make themselves accessible at all times and continuously strive to make your comfort extra special. 」

「Excellent pool, jacuzzi and games room. We found the staff super helpful. Main negative was that our cabin didn't have insect screens so did not ventilate well, particularly at night.」

「The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast, from the start the staff was not friendly at all, it seems like they are forced to work there. Granted there were 2 that were alright. The rooms are not what the pictures say, the pool is the only thing you can look forward too, but it seems like they don’t clean it up every day since on our last day there it had several bugs and leaves in it. The rooms are filled with critters, from ants to mosquitoes. The wifi was up only up for the first...
