Ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Gregor und das gesamte Team sind wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist von höchster Qualität und der SPA ebenfalls.

"Sorpresine" fortunatamente risolte bene

Albergo stupendo, in stile montano, moderno ed accogliente. Posizione tranquilla, a pochi minuti d'auto da Bolzano. Solo due problemini, fortunatamente risolti positivamente. Appena arrivati la camera era piuttosto fredda ma, segnalato il problema all'ottima receptionist, si è subito data da fare per risolvere offrendo una camera alternativa e integrando il riscaldamento con un fornelletto elettrico. La nostra ultima sera corrispondeva alla fine della stagione e, a nostra sorpresa, in hotel era programmata una festa con dj e musica ad alto volume. La voglia di partecipare era poca e la stanchezza si faceva sentire. Per fortuna la nostra camera era all'ultimo piano ed i rumori arrivavano molto attutiti, così siamo riusciti a dormire ugualmente.
