「Résidence flambant neuve. Les appartements sont fonctionnels et spacieux. Toutefois comme c'est neuf, il manque encore quelques équipements (la laverie n'est pas encore opérationnelle, quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine) La piscine est belle et surveillée. L'accueil est très sympathique, nous remercions Nicolas pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to...

「Vårt hus hade ett bra läge. Utsikt mot havet och tre olika altaner. Två våningar med två badrum och ett bra inrett kök. Tvättmaskin. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gångavstånd till bra restauranger, affärer och en fin strand. Perfekt för oss!」
