" It’s called HOSTEL Balai not Hotel - BIG difference. It was closed on arrival (14:00) so no 24hr reception. The staff left in the early evening so only guests left in the building! The bar was shut. The room was small and hostel-like It is very rundown. Only stay for a night if you have to. Lack of staff worrying for women travelling alone. "

The best part was actually dealing with Sergio that not only went above and beyond of his hosting duties but filling in as a top class concierge too.
