Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located on the second floor of the coveted 'breezeway' building, just steps from the lazy river pool. Featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a clean, contemporary design, this condo offers a true home-away-from-home feel—perfect for singles or couples.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the oversized covered west-facing terrace overlooking the pool, shaded all day for your comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Additional amenities include in-suite laundry, cable TV, and internet.

Pacifico is a secure gated community in the heart of town, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
