"The breakfast was generous and delicious. We had no issues with parking, and the staff’s hospitality was truly excellent. However, there were a few downsides. During our three-night stay, housekeeping came only once, and the complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day. There was also a hot water issue in the shower the water was mostly lukewarm. Additionally, the bidet spray in the toilet was faulty and wouldn’t fully shut off. "Very so-so. Disappointed that there are no laundry facilities despite the claim on the property details, as I was hoping to wash my cycling gear before continuing. Also found the receptionist rather churlish and abrupt, though he did find a safe place for the bike. All in all could do a lot better. He really needs to learn how to treat people pleasantly. "

"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes. "
