Not the best Divan. Kinda feels like a 'Divan Express'. Note for the seasoned traveler: Do not get 'Deluxe' room. Although the room is standard, the noise from the street is relentless and the soundproofing on the windows leaves a lot to be desired. The staff did accommodate us by putting us in the back in a standard room so we were able to sleep comfortably. Area is ok only because of shopping mall across the street. This Divan is purely functional......

The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car. The location is good as well, near to a big shopping centre.

Hotelde üç kez konaklama yaptım gerçekten çok konforlu ve temiz, kahvaltısı çok güzel, sessiz sakin kaliteli bir hotel. Fakat iki kişilik bir oda tercih ettiğimiz halde odada tek kişilik havlu, tek kişilik bardak vs. tek kişiye hazırlanmış bir oda mevcuttu. Ve odada 1 şişe su bile yoktu bu durum üzücü. Hizmet konusunda daha düşünceli daha titiz olunmalıdır.

Genel olarak personel tavrı çok iyiydi. Asla güler yüzlü olmadıkları bir an yok. Sadece do not disturb düğmeleri çalışmadığı için görevliler girip girmeyeceğini anlayamıyor bu önemli bir sorun. Banyo içerisindeki elemanların değişmesi gerekli metal olanlardan pas akmaya başlamış. Genel olarak gayet iyiydi

Çok temiz, odaların konforlu oldugu, her temel ihtiyacınızı bulabildiğiniz merkezi güzel bir otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardimsever.
