The Space:
This two floor 3bed/3bath 2200ft² gorgeously restored ENTIRE HOUSE sleeps 7 with 3 spacious floors, loads of amenities, and serene furnished back patio/yard space. Centrally located in a lovely downtown Saratoga neighborhood, the home is bursting with class and upscale comforts inside and out. Expansive gleaming hardwood floors, eye catching stairway, large private office, a cozy gas fireplace and spaces filled with inviting natural light. This Saratoga Stay seamlessly exudes warmth and feels just like home.
LAYOUT:
A convenient few steps from the driveway will find you at the front porch entrance to this whole home. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing, conversing or even working.
SLEEPING SPACES:
For sleeping there are two Queen suites, one in the basement level and one on the second floor. Extra pillows and blankets provided to suit comfort preferences.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is an expansive dining table for six in the first floor dining room open to the large kitchen with loads of counter space and counter top seating! The fully finished basement living level has an additional dining table for four. Kitchen is stocked with all major appliances, small appliances, dinnerware and bakeware/cookware to satisfy a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs. An outdoor grill is available on the property too.
3 BATHROOMS:
For bathing there is a beautifully updated bathroom with full stand up shower on the basement level, and two full bathrooms on the second floor, all stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access. Each floor has its own wifi so all occupants enjoy a strong signal.
OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished rear patio/yard area perfect for enjoying fresh morning coffee or cozy evening conversation! Outdoor grill and corn hole game available for use in our outdoor yard space.
Guest Access:
This is an entire 2 floor plus finished basement home with front and rear exterior entrances.
There are exterior entry stairs at all entrances and hard wood stairways inside the home.
There is yard space on the premises that you are welcome to take advantage of respectfully during your stay.

This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood with easy on or off street parking. Walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, peaceful parks, dog park, cycling/footpaths and seasonal festivals.
Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
