    The property is conveniently located just minutes away from white sand of the Siesta Key beach. Numerous popular restaurants and shopping destinations are across the street.
    The house is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, artworks, linens and appliances. The property features a spacious living room, a dining room for six with direct access to the pool, and a convenient “coffee zone” in between. Two huge UHD TVs will entertain you on rainy days. 1 GBps wireless internet will help you to share your emotions with your loved ones, or complete your distance work for your boss.
    Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
    Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three big comfy leather couches in the house. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area with a table for four and a large screened lanai with another dining table for six. Plenty of towels and all basic household supplies are provided. There is also a laundry in the garage for your convenience.
    The property is completely fenced for your privacy with an automatic sliding gate for secure access.

This house was a perfect spot for 3 generation family vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was great to have shade as well as sun in the back yard. The location was great for getting to every where we wanted to go.

My daughters and I decided this year for our annual girls trip to stay in FL and go to the beach (we came from Bradenton, Clearwater & Winter Haven). We selected your home because of the beautiful pool & spa, pool table and close proximity to siesta key beach and we were so glad we did.. All 5 of us were so impressed when we arrived - not only how clean & well supplied it was, but how much fun it was staying here- we went in the spa everyday. We would 100% recommend this home to everyone, you can’t go wrong! Must see Things we did: we went to the new Mote Marine Aquarium, the miniature Circus MUSEUM housed at THE RINGLING MUSEUM off US 41 and Big Cat Habitat (open 12-4). Siesta Key Beach is a short 10 mi drive- my daughters said Turtle Beach is right next to S.K.Beach, another great beach.Favorite Restaurant of the week: YODERS restaurant Amish cooking (4.6-10 min) So delicious! I have to eat gluten & dairy free and my meal was delicious too!!

Mine birthday trip

We decided to stay close to the beach for my mom's 60th birthday and this house was PERFECT. The location was great, it was immaculate, the pool was utilized day and night and we cant wait to stay here again!

AWESOME POOL

Great stay. Location is in an older, not fancy neighborhood, but quiet and safe. Convenient to Siesta Key and grocery store. Home is totally enclosed by fence for privacy. Very clean and Sergey, the host, responds immediately. Best thing is the pool and hot tub...awesome!!

Great stay!

We’ve stayed in four different places in Sarasota so far and this has by far been our favorite! We asked Sergey to have the pool at 82° and that was no problem. The hot tub was great on the cool nights. When the air conditioning didn’t work one morning, Sergey was there that day to fix it. Would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, relaxing and convenient

We stayed with two older teenage children. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space, but easily come together for meals and hanging out at the pool and watching movies. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone. Tons of great beaches were very close, along with restaurants shopping and other entertainment. Great experience!

GREAT VACATION AT SERGEY'S PLACE . PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. HOT TUB GOOD AND HOT, AFTER ALLOWING TO GET HOT , POOL WAS COMFORTABLE AND WARM . SERGEY WAS EASY TO WORK WITH ABOUT ANY ISSUES. ONLY CRITICISM IS THE BEACH CHAIRS ARE VERY LOW RIDERS, MAYBE 5 INCHES OFF THE SAND , AND THIN TUBING. DID NOT USE FOR FEAR OF BENDING , BOUGHT SOME CHAIRS AT SAMS CLUB AND LEFT WITH FRIENDS WHO LIVE IN SARASOTA.

Great Location & Amenities

My stay at Sergey's place was very comfortable and relaxing. The house is a great location to grocery store and just minutes to Siesta Key! The pool was wonderful, loved having breakfast by the pool or in the lanai. The master bed was very comfortable. You have all the amenities that you need. Love the idea of having a garage with openers to park out of the sun! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

My family and I came to Florida for a couple of weeks to decompress and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine State. Upon entering the home, we immediately noticed how clean it was. The house feels very homey, and we enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the privacy, heated pool (give it a day to warm up), hot tub, all the outdoor seating areas, and the close proximity to everything.The only minor issues we noticed were noise in the master bedroom from the pool heater and likely the filter just outside the window, the window screens not closing fully (though it was lovely to have the windows open in the evenings), and one night when the neighbors across the street had a party with yelling and loud music until well past 2 a.m. (not the hosts’ fault).Overall, the neighborhood is quiet (other than that one time), in a great location, and the home offers lots of privacy and amenities.
