Perfect!

My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures show you exactly what you get. The process from booking to dropping our keys off when leaving was smooth with no hassles! Would definitely stay here again! SG

Amazing atmosphere

This stay was two nights the second day we didn't even leave the area it has everything you need for just a relaxing stay with it being attached to the restaurant pool area.The best was the cleanliness it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the Halls. The king size bed is a amazing compliment the bed feels to mold with your body. I absolutely loved the shower although for a taller person it might have been more difficult. We opted to do takeout and eat on the balcony that faces the marina I definitely recommend for a romantic evening. Larry was a great host he even offered us additional nights at a lower cost because of the cancellation we would have loved to stay but had to get back home to the kids. Great place for a mini vacay thank you.

Beautiful sunsets

Ignoring the marina damage from the hurricane, this an excellent location to sit on the balcony, listen to the music from the tiki bar and relax with a favorite beverage. Suggestion for future is to supply dish soap and dish cloth and towel. The price was right for this location.

Great deal!

Nice quiet room with a marina view. The tikibar and restaurant are great. Right by Anna Maria Oyster Bar and just a short drive to everything else. Cool spot.

A visit to Anna Maria Island

We booked this spot as a way to check out Anna Maria island for the first time. The room was clean and cozy with a pretty view of the marina. It was pretty far from island but was still doable. If visiting this area I would recommend this condo

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Was easy to get to everywhere we needed. Bed was super comfy. Great view on the water. Kitchenette was great, only wished there was a toaster.

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my two week stay. For me the location and amenities provided were excellent. Having access to all services of the hotel as well as being able to prepare breakfast every morning was great. I would stay there again in the future.

A room with an excellent view!

I had a lovely week staying here, its so refreshing to be water-side 24/7 with a great balcony to take in the breeze right outside the room. Everything was perfect, the room was immaculate, the location could not be better, the onsite bar/restaurant with a full menu is great (and they have live music on the wknds), and the host is the absolute best! This place met my needs 100% and then some. I will definitely be staying again!

Perfect for a couple getaway

My wife and I loved our stay! Larry was awesome to work with. The room was clean, beautiful and close to beaches, food and the airport! The pool and tiki bar were awesome as well! We would definitely come back.

Larry's condo/hotel room

The condo/hotel room is as described and has a beautiful view of the marina. It was really cool to see and hear the planes coming in/going out of the airport - not noisy at night - no worries!

Fantastic property

The apartment was fantastic with a great view of the waterfront. It had everything would need. The facilities were great and the Tiki bar located on the grounds was good. Larry the host was excellent at coming back to you wth any questons. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Studio with a view

The view was spectacular! The kitchenette facilities were satisfying. Selection of good dining was convenient. Entertainment of plane watching was novel and exciting! The pool was a fabulous temperature for any weather. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great value and close to the beaches

This is a great alternative to paying a premium to being on the beach. The unit has recently been update so everything inside was clean and new. The view of marina was nice and you're only 15-20 minutes away from the beach. The lobby and common areas at the Ramada are a bit dated but they're in the process of renovating them due to damage from hurricane Helene. The upside is all that will be new once done including the fitness area, lobby, etc.

Was a nice stay!

The facility is an older structure but looks like they are continuously updating and maintaining. Landscaping was well maintained, and the outdoor saltwater pool was exceptionally clean. Staff was great and the food at the Tiki Bar was surprisingly good!. My wife and I will more than likely return.
