High-quality furnishings create a nice, pleasant atmosphere. Between internet browsing on the WiFi and internet tv on the 82" flatscreen TV, you've got all you need to stay entertained.
The kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed and sofa-bed in the master bedroom, and another king-size bed in the second room, and full size double bunk bed with one extra twin size trundle in the third bedroom. We had a beautiful vacation with family here. The home is lovely, clean, and has a nice pool. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and waterfront views. The location is great and a short drive to the beaches. Host was very accommodating with check in /out. We would stay here again!

Our stay at this home was absolutely incredible! The views were just as beautiful as pictured, and the house itself was spotless, neat, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated that the property is dog-friendly, the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs to be outside with us worry-free.The host was wonderful, always extremely responsive and quick to get back to us with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a grocery store nearby and perfectly situated between Venice and Sarasota.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful extras the property offered to make guests feel at home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice Getaway on Sarasota Bay

Paradise!

We had a girls weekend trip and the house was AMAZING. The consensus was that will absolutely be returning and enjoying a little longer stay. You’re about 20-30 minutes from local beaches if you want to go the beach route, but honestly the best part of this house is the whole backyard and the view. The outdoor patio, the furniture by the pool to relax on, the pool and hot tub along with the view- you can’t beat it. We enjoyed staying here so much. Cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, will absolutely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Fun

This property is awesome. Sergiy was super responsive. Location is great, close to everything for convenience. We are big walkers so the neighborhood was tough to get any walks in. But we made some amazing memories.

Outstanding Christmas holiday!

The house is as exactly as listed and even has a beautiful Christmas tree. The view was outstanding and Sergiy was very responsive to all our inquiries. The next time we are in the area we hope to stay again!

Music business

Our daughter was performing her music in Siesta Key so we picked this little gem due to its location, privacy and amenities. There were 4 of us; my husband, oldest daughter, a friend and myself. We all agreed we are glad we did. It allowed us a tranquil retreat in between shows. Morning coffee by the water was my favorite thing about it. Sunsets are beautiful. The host was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property.
