Next you will find the very luminous living room. Large sliding windows let the light in and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left with the beautiful sunset!
It features a large grey sofa, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels!

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen is featuring brand new appliances and granite counter tops.
Amenities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, a brand new grill on the balcony, and everything you may need to cook.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
Enter this charming condo and on the right hand side is your bedroom. it includes a king size bed with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a window, 2 nightstands and a TV.

★Den:
From the condo's hallway, you can access the den which includes a trundle bed (2 twin size beds) and a night stand.

★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
From the condo's hallway, you can access the half bathroom with a toilet and sink.

★Laundry:
There's a closet with your washer/dryer, and a large dressing room offering plenty of space for your belongings.

★Outdoor Space:
The lovely terrace with its outdoor furniture will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, the views and quiet of the bay.

★Pool:
The Strand offers a communal heated pool and spa. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

The Strand offers many advantages: fitness room, 2 bbq grills, and a kayak launch. It's the perfect location to combine luxury living and water views!

It's the perfect location! Downtown Sarasota is a 5min drive away, Lido Beach is a 15 min drive away, Siesta Key Beach is a 25 min drive.

★Important Notes & Rules:

- If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times
- If you require elevator assistance: Elevators may be temporarily disabled during severe weather. In such instances, stairwells are available in the building.

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
