Günstig gelegen am Highway 41 muß man als negativ akzeptieren, dass der Verkehr doch ziemlich laut im Zimmer zu vernehmen ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das angebotene „Kontinentale Frühstück“ war nicht das, was wir als solches in den Herbergen dieser Welt bisher erhalten hatten! In einem separaten, sehr kleinen Raum neben dem Empfang wurde ein sehr guter Filterkaffe in zwei großen Thermoskannen bereitgestellt und es zwei Sorten Cerialien, die aus Vorratsbehältern jeder selber dosieren konnte. Die Milch dazu (und zum Kaffe) war in einem Kühlschrank zusammen mit Portionspackungen Butter. Diese konnten für Toastscheiben (Toaster stand bereit) genutzt werden, zusammen mit einer Sorte Marmelade in Portionen verschweißt. Daneben gab zwei Sorten Gebäck in Portionen eingeschweißt. Das war das „kontinentale Frühstück“! Aber ein größeres Angebot hätte man auch nicht in diesem Miniraum (geschätzt 10 qm) nicht unterbringen können, geschweige denn das es hier ein angenehmes Frühstücken geben könnte.

Although the guy a the front desk was nice the condition of the property was not. The room was disgustingly dirty. The walls were absolutely terrible. The sink did not have any hot water in the toilet did not flush well at all.. I bleached everything down and use Lysol throughout the entire room. The price does not match the condition of the room. I was very displeased

My kids read the reviews and refused to sleep under the sheets. Hole in the bathroom wall from the doorknob. Stucco falling off ceiling. In the morning you could see homeless people peeing on the building next door. Toilet clogged. There were things between the sheets.

Originally my room had a gas leak and the fire alarm was going off. I requested a new room. The next room was the most disgusting unclean place I have ever been to. I literally checked out the next day and requested a refund for the rest of my trip. There were fruit flies all over the room, cigarettes burns in the sheets, the curtains look liked they have never been cleaned once since purchased. The beds were basically pull out bed. Very thin and no cushioning. Sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. If it wasn’t so late I would have never stayed the one night. Also someone or some people tried to get into my room in the middle of the night. I was too scared to sleep due to disgusting condition of the room and my environment. They will never see me again.

I needed a 2 night stay for a wedding I was attending. Not knowing much about Florida I picked this place. Well let me tell you what happened when I pulled up. I immediately called and tried to cancel my reservation not realizing what kind of place this was. I saw the sign in the window saying hourly rates. They refused to refund me. The online description of this joint is falsely misleading. So I was able to actually find a lovely place even closer to Lido where I needed to be. Run don’t walk is all I can say about this place.

I did not use the pool or amenities. Staff was fine but the hotel was a bit under par for even a Non-National Brand Name. Breakfast isnt necessarily breakfast, but rather an opportunity for a cup of coffee and a Hostess snack before embarking on packing to leave. Staff was nice, but if not for the time of year being spring break, ... nope. Not again.

Kitchen stove was not working, Room had other peoples clothes as if they didn't clean before our coming. There was supposed to be a “no smoke” zone and they allowed smoking. Our sink had a leaking pipe. The microwave was super dirty. bed were smaller than what described. And the costumer service was horrible. For the price, it was not worth it.

Magnuson Hotel Bradenton Review (Welcome to the Third World) I made and paid a reservation in advance for February 26, 2026 at the hotel. The clerk was sitting behind what looked like a bullet-proof glass window with all kinds of scotch tape ends still stuck to it. As I opened the door to room 123, I smelled the heavily perfumed room masking the smoking smell (supposed to be a non-smoking room) and turned on the light, the first resident roach informed me that the faucets on the sink don't work and there is no hot water. Furthermore, he said that there in no watchable programing on the tv and that the Internet access number provided didn't connect to any known network. The second resident roach pointed to the mirror and mentioned that someone had spray painted graffiti over it a while back. And I noticed that the bed had just a mattress over a wire frame and no box spring to support it. On a good note........the sheets were clean. Jonathan
