Lido-Key- Newly remodeled TINY Studio. 7-10 min walk to the beach and St.Armands Circle. Quaint main floor studio in a great location. This is an affordable way to enjoy this popular area. One of the top beaches in the U.S. This cozy cottage features a Queen bed, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fully stocked cooking items & dishes, along with beach chairs, and beach towels. Located at 170 Roosevelt Dr., Sarasota
The space:
Studio is tiny, yet roomy for 2 people. Completely remodeled.
Guest access:
We have an on-site heated pool for the condo complex to use. On-site free parking for guests.
Other things to note:
We offer beach chairs and beach towels. Also, behind our complex is kayak rental. Bike rental within 2 blocks. VEO e scooter rentals found throughout the area. The Beach is a 7-min walk and there are 2 public access points.

The location is amazing, but our vintage building was built in the 50’s, so keep that in mind so that your not expecting a brand new complex. Updates are always on-going. Our studio is small, yet comfortable.

**NO Children & NO Electric Car Usage on complex allowed**

This was a great spot to stay for my short work trip. Just enough space for me to spread out my stuff and prep food in the kitchen. Quiet little complex that is super charming and beautiful. Nice location, close to nature trails, the beach, and far enough from St Armand’s square to avoid the craziness, but still close enough to walk there for dinner. I’ll likely be back next year - my only ask/recommendation would be to have some form of storage with drawers for so with stays over a few days clothing can be unpacked and organized beyond the hangers in the closet. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location. Walk to the beach and the circle. Ate breakfast and lunch in the unit and went out for dinner. It was a quiet property and very private. Just enough space - was all we needed and very reasonable.

Absolutely amazing stay! Super short walk to the beach. Just a few steps from kayaking in the mangroves. Everything was very clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect studio near Lido Beach

Communication with Linda was exceptional. Appreciated the cleanliness, extra outlets, hooks on the walls, & clear directions on the refrigerator. Unit is as advertised: the perfect studio for two of us. Loved the easy walk to the beach and towels provided. Wifi and tv worked great. Pool was clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & Convenient…Loved It!

Unit is in an older set of buildings. It is partially renovated with a new kitchen but original bathroom. It is in a quiet area within walking distance of the public beach & pool as well as St. Armands circle. A friend and I stayed for 5 nights. It is small(ish) in size but there was still plenty of room for the two of us! We never felt cramped for space. It was very clean, well equipped with all we needed, and the owners were prompt with all communication. The beach towels, chairs & umbrella were a major bonus. If you are looking for boojie, this isn’t your place. If you want to not break the bank, sleep decent (for vacation sleep), and have what you need, THIS is the place. I would 100% stay here again.
