Beautiful villa, quiet and comfortable two bedroom one bath close to downtown and the beaches. You can grill on your private patio, or take a bike ride into town and explore the beautiful downtown Sarasota or St. Armand Circle. Minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Key. Christian is from Austria and the chef at a nearby yacht club, I am a concierge. Girls trip
The place was very convenient to all the beaches and restaurants. We had some bugs in the place and the toilet didn’t flush well. Overall it was a decent place but I would not go again.

Cozy place
We had a very nice stay in this unit. It’s nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows, great towels and amenities. A few items with not working like the dishwasher, Kureg and most disappointing, the air mattress which needed to constantly be filled. Unfortunately we did not use the community pool.

Limpio el lugar pero sus camas pésimas
La propiedad estaba muy limpia pero mis noches fueron terrible ya que el corchon de la única cama que tenía demasiado incomodo y el corchon de aire había que inflarlo todo el tiempo . Bueno en fin no me gusta porque mis noches no pude dormir por lo incómodo de sus camas .
