To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you.

Lido Beach is a unique island, just two miles away from buzzing downtown Sarasota. Ringling bridge is a walkers and runners paradise. Marina Jack - bar& grill and dinner cruise, walking trail, kayak launch, tiki bar, Sat morning farmers market, are just some of activities can be found just across the bridge.

Lido Beach has two parks, one on each side of the island- south and north. Both have various public facilities. There is also a public, heated swimming pool on South side of the island. Kayak mangroves tours, beach grills and secluded park trails make this place very unique. This is a very safe neighborhood.
