「Very nice hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful in helping us get around. I booked a room with the sea side view but I could see no sea side. That was my only complaint.」

「Portanova is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Magdalena, who was especially kind and helpful during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Portanova!」

「The apartment was totally new, maybe we were the first one having that apartment. Everything was perfect, the location, the cleaning and the staff very helpful!」

「The pictures do not due this beautifully decorated, palatial and clean apartment justice. It’s truly stunning and perfect for a large group. There are 4 closed off, separated, individual bedrooms, The apartment felt cozy, as the furnishings were of luxury quality and minimal in design, making each room feel spacious but warm and homey. What a wonderful surprise to have our expectations exceeded. And to add value, the host was wonderful, accommodating us with luggage storage before checkin and...

「Not good cleaning Ants on bed Insects in toilet Ants in breakfast」

「The hotel is perfectly located on the beach with its own private beach area including sun loungers and umbrellas. We could leave our rental car in the underground garage; whenever we wanted to go somewhere, the staff would bring the car out for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern, it was clean and we had a balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. We occasionally ordered pizza from the lunch menu—which was tasty—and the cocktails,...

「The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything...

「Great location, close to beach bars and restaurants. The room is well appointed and even has a washing machine. Check-in/out was smooth, and they even arranged transportation from the airport. Would stay again.」

「Very clean hotel, lovely helpful staff who go out of their way to assist e.g if you need a taxi, recommendations, language barrier. Would highly recommend. The hotel is very clean and the private beach and food is amazing!!」

「this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. I know the...

「The apartment has a window overlooking the sea and very good air conditioning. It also has a large fridge, a small two-ring hob and a microwave. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and about 5 minutes from a long promenade full of small shops and restaurants. It is also around a 20-minute walk from the port terminal, where the ferries from Corfu arrive. The owner, Majki, was very helpful and available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything. He also kindly allowed us to...

「Everything was great! The sea view was stunning, it looked like we were above the sea. Great location and very helpful host!」
