The location is great with lovely view of the sea and a refreshing beachfront (albeit Rocky, so bring your beach water shoes). But the room had not been cleaned from the prior occupant upon checkin (possibly a one-time error, your mileage will vary). Included breakfast was unsatisfying. Not luxury at all, although priced (for Albania) pretty high.

Außen hui, innen... nun ja. Wir können leider nur wenig positives berichten. Wirklich schön ist die Außenanlage mit großem Pool, Poolbar und Strandzugang. Auch die Grünanlage ist ansprechend gestaltet. Bereits die Hotellobby ist nicht mehr so ansprechend. Dort wurde einiges gelagert, u.a. Getränkekisten und Reinigungsmittel. Vor den Zimmern stand auf unserer Etage neben Bildern auch ein Zustellbett. Wir hatten eins der unmodernisierten Zimmer, was aber aussah wie auf den Fotos. Es hätte besser gereinigt werden können, Bad und Fußboden waren ok, aber an den Fenstern hingen hinter den Gardinen einige Spinnenweben. Eine Seite des Doppelbetts war gut, die andere durchgelegen, was zu zweit eher unvorteilhaft ist. Das größte Problem war jedoch das stark gechlorte Leitungswasser, wovon meine Frau den ganzen Tag rot geschwollene und tränende Augen hatte. Wer hier empfindlich reagiert, sollte eher aufpassen. Das Frühstück war maximal mittelmäßig und von den 4 albanischen Hotels, in denen wir waren, leider mit Abstand das schlechteste. Auf Grund des Betts und des Chlors sind wir statt 7 nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Bei Abreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir uns mit expedia in Verbindung setzen müssten, um das Geld zurück zu kriegen und dass es von der Hotelseite aus ok wäre. Das haben wir getan, jetzt verweigert das Hotel jedoch die Rückzahlung. Also insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen, wir sind in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt.

Le chien de l'hôtel nous réveillait a 04h30 du matin car il aboyait jour et nuit. Preuve en vidéo faite. Malgré plusieurs relances des propriétaires en direct et par message, face à ce problème de bruit, nous avons pu dormir calmement une seul nuit sur dix, j'ai quitté l'hôtel un jour plus tôt. C'est vraiment très très bruyant. Je n'ai pas pu me reposer.

Bon sejour

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hotel Bahamas. Chambre vue sur la mer decoration un peu vieillot, Chambre climatisée, dispose d’un ascenseur . piscine + plage privée à 5om. Dejeuner correct, manque chocolat chaud. L’hotel dispose d’un restaurant, prix correct nourriture correct. Petit bemol: le personnel du restaurant ne parle pas anglais.

Solides Hotel mit schöner Aussicht

Preis/Leistung stimmt. Die Lage war für uns super. Schön zentral zwischen Sarande und Ksamil. So konnte man mit dem Auto alles gut und schnell erreichen. Weg vom Trubel. Die Aussicht ist super. Der Privatstrand mit dem türkisblauem Wasser hat uns sehr gefallen. Was hat uns nicht gefallen? In der Außenanlage wurde viel gebaut. Zugänge zum Strand wurden als Lagerstätte benutzt. Den Pool konnte man nicht benutzen - er war leer. Das alles hätte man in der Hotelbeschreibung mal erwähnen müssen. Wir hatten uns auf die Beschreibung verlassen. Die Toiletten am Strand waren nicht benutzbar. Man musste vom Strand den beschwerlichen Weg bergauf bis ins Gebäude nehmen. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen - bei dem Preis fürs Zimmer mit Frühstück. Die 4 Tage hier waren für uns trotzdem sehr schön.

Badespass mit betrieblichen Mängeln im Hotel

Das recht neue Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Liegestühle und Schirme sind inbegriffen. Die Leitung des Hauses ist - wie in Albanien häufig - nicht sehr professionell. Der Gast sieht in der Lobby Kanister mit Reinigungsmitteln umherstehen oder Kinderbetten und Gemälde auf den Etagen. Fixe Brausen in der Dusche sind Ostblick-Niveau der 1970er-Jahre. Wenn man am hakeligen Hebel hantiert, wird man von heissem Wasser verbrüht, wenns dann endlich kalt wird, kommt fast nichts mehr. WiFi ist instabil. Man muss betteln, damit man eine zweite Zimmerkarte bekommt, verbunden mit der Ermahnung, bei Abwesenheit die Klimaanlage nicht laufen zu lassen, und dies in einem angeblichen 4-Stern-Hotel. Der Pool war sehr schön. Unverständlich ist, dass man die Konsumationen dort nicht auf die Zimmerrechnung schreiben kann, sondern bar (KEINE Kreditkarten). Eine deutschsprachige Receptionistin sagte uns, das gehe einfach nicht in Albanien, ohne Begründung. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos, aber ok. Das Besteck lagert in Kübeln, die Essflächen nach oben, das ist nicht sehr hygienisch. Jemand mit Hotelfachschul-Ausbildung würde hier noch etliche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten finden, etwa die Parkplatzsituation (zu wenig Plätze, wildes Abstellen auf einem staubigen Platz). Der Badespass ist aber wirklich vorhanden. Von daher kann man das Hotel empfehlen.
