It was fine for one night to fit a family. Would not stay long term. Did not look as nice as described. But was fine for last day before airport. Area unsafe. Our taxi driver was nervous to leave us there as the doors weren’t open yet to let us in.
Communication was ok, but there was confusion. I personally won’t stay anywhere again without a full time reception desk with a family.

Exceptional staff, beautifully appointed hotel. Rooftop restaurant was a treat, for the food, the view and the service from Dorothy. Highly recommend.
