新しく清潔な広いお部屋でした。 3名で予約しましたが、ベッド2台の他には、1人分の枕とシーツがソファに置いてあるだけでした。まさか3人目はソファで寝るのかと思いましたが、ソファの背もたれを色々いじってベッドにすることができました。ただ、ベッドの状態にするには非常に力が必要でしたし、何の説明もなく不親切に感じました。ホテルのツインルームに3名で予約した場合、エキストラベッドやソファーベッドになるのは理解していますが、ベッドメイクされていないのは初めてでした。 また、小さなキッチンがあり、使用したカップを洗おうとしましたが、シンクに食器洗いのスポンジがあるのに洗剤がありませんでした。

ホテルの部屋は普通。 ホテルのフロントの対応は服装も言葉遣いもラフでもう少し考えた方が良いと思われる。 フロントレスなのもスタッフが居場所がなく落ち着かないように見えた。 エレベータ―付近の部屋であったせいか、宿泊客の声が玄関扉と隣の部屋から貫通してきて12：00前までうるさかった。戸境の壁の防音は大して考慮はされていないようです。

日ハムの試合日は駐車場が混雑すると書いてあったので、試合が終わってから来てみましたが、それでも満車に近く停めるのに苦労しました トナリエのフードコートで食事をしましたが、エスコンで試合を見た方々が帰りに食事をしていて混んでいたのと、デーゲームだったのでお昼を食べながらスクリーンで試合を見ていた人達もいたようで、夕方は品切れのメニューが多かったです 駅周辺にもう少し飲食店が増えると有難いなと思いました お部屋は新しいので綺麗で清潔感がありました 部屋にパジャマがなかったのでフロントで借りてきました 朝食がついていないプランだったのですが、当日レストランで支払いをして食べる事ができました 美味しかったです 駐車場は駐車券がなく、チェックアウト後にフロントでQRコードをいただき精算機で読み込むと無料になります 売店でファイターズグッズを購入したのですが、セルフレジでした チェックインや駐車場など全て機械での操作になるので、初めてだと時間がかかりました でもこれからは、これが主流になると思うので頑張って慣れていかないといけないですね
ベッドルームは２部屋あるプランでした
ロビーは野球仕様で可愛い
ファイターズグッズなども売っていました
朝食美味しかったです
