部屋環境の不具合
風呂の配管から臭いが逆流してきます。 雨の日に顕著でした。 次回も利用の予定です。 出来れば事前に芳香剤を2個ほど設置して頂ければ 助かります。 臭い消しとして空気清浄器が有れば、尚快適に なるかと思います

快適きれいなマンション
新千歳空港からすぐ、レンタカー会社が立ち並ぶ一角にあるマンション。 新しくきれいで快適。２ベットルーム(ベット3台)、１バス、別途シャワールーム、キッチン、洗濯機、リビングと必要な物はすべて揃ってました。 駐車場も平面で広くて停めやすい。ベランダもあり。 近くにコンビニやスーパーはありませんから車は必須。でも車があれば千歳市街には近いしスーパーも2～3分。 このご時世、外国人観光客を始め利用客が少ないようで静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。ただお盆の頃には鉄筋建てとは思えないような音が響いていました。混む時期だと音が響くようなので上階のリクエストがいいかもしれません。 無人のマンションなのですがメールで連絡はすぐ付きますので安心でした。 札幌までは30～40分かかりますが、札幌周辺は渋滞がひどいので、車があればここは超おすすめです。今後、宿泊費が値上がりしなければ常宿にしたいです。

杜撰な清掃
ホテルは規約は厳しく記載されているのに室内や物品の汚れが酷く、浴槽には陰毛らしき毛が二本付着、排水網にも毛溜まり、蛇口には水垢、室内の床には埃、動くたびに埃が舞いクシャミは出るし、キッチンのオタマを使用するのに引き出しを開けると髪の毛が入っており　とても気持ち悪く　お風呂も食器等全て洗い直し使用しました。　手数料（清掃料）を支払っているのにも関わらず汚過ぎて本当に清掃しているのか不快です。 埃のせいでアレルギー性鼻炎発症し　手数料を返金して貰いたいくらいです！ 他のお客さんからも評価で多々汚れ等の件を言われているのに改善されていない。

4泊しました。チェックインの手続きをタブレットでするのですが、58才のオヤジには少し面倒でした。それ以外は、すべてが新しくて、とても快適でした。 あ、他の宿泊者がパンを焦がしたとの事で、非常ベルが鳴り消防車が来て驚きましたが、大事ではなかったし、まぁ、ちゃんと防火対策がしっかりしているという事だと思います。
