Sapphire Valley Resort offers a wide array of amenities including shared pools, sports courts, golf, and more for a small additional fee that can be arranged after arriving.

Inside this two-story condo, you'll be greeted by lofty ceilings and views of the surrounding forest. There's a galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to sip your morning coffee from the Keurig at the breakfast bar from or outside on the balcony. A dining room table where you can sit down to enjoy meals. Soak in the natural morning light from the second-floor bedroom. There's a second balcony off the primary bedroom, DirecTV satellite in the living room, and free WiFi throughout. Enjoy the electric fireplace available in the living room for warmth and ambiance.

Dating back to 1896, this scenic resort community sits just outside the charming town of Cashiers at more than 3,000 feet of elevation. On the grounds, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a picturesque swimming beach and dock at Fairfield Lake, the Sapphire National Golf Club, a tennis center, Ski Sapphire Valley, sports courts and fields, a putt-putt course, walking trails, and a river walk (an amenity pass is available for an additional fee).

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-Pet friendly with fee.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
