「I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception. The AC unit made a noise like it was gonna break, the balcony was dirty, Reception opened at 8am. Breakfast was at 8 am which was a little late for me....

「Cute little hotel. Big rooms but no amenities. Breakfast choices are ok for a few days, although coffee is bad. Staff are hit or miss. Some of them not really professionally 😞」

「Deberían de tener más variedad en el menú ya que no hay más lugares cercanos para comprar alimentos」

「I have stay there a few times before. This excellent place , nice view, very secure ..」

「Single, male, 72, stayed 4 nights. Property is on the beach and the side of the island you want to be on for restaurants, excursions, points of interest, etc... Property has a rustic, natural, charm. Extremely clean and staff are pleasant and helpful with, tours, scooter/atv, and taxis. Especially Karina, shes your go to!!」

「Exelente estadia, el Servicio hotel comida casi perfecto, el Personal, meseros. Super vacaciones en familia」

「The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. The place is beautiful, and the views are amazing. I especially loved the beautiful view of the volcano. However, there is a serious safety concern...

「Hotel does not look as the advertised There is no parking on site There is no ocean view Difficult access Very dissatisfied with this hotel Fortunately they re direct me to another hotel that has the most wonderful staff Fermin, he was the only reason we stayed and we enjoyed our stay at their Pacifico hotel」
