The hosts were amazing and really give you free rein to enjoy the beautiful grounds—the location is unbelievable, yet it’s only about a 15-minute walk into the center of Bayeux. We spent our time relaxing, wandering the property, petting the horses, and enjoying wine and beer outside. "The owner is very welcoming and the Chateau has an authentic feeling. The owner's mother is very warm and friendly. The history of the Chateau, which is also intriguing, should be written up and shared with guests as soon as they arrive. It was well located with the centre of Bayeux walking distance and many other beach towns a short drive away. It was a great place to stay."

"Gently fading grandeur. We had a lovely time and the pool/spa are very nice. Staff were friendly. Bar prices seem to reflect what this hotel used to be like, rather than its current state of maintenance as a few things weren't working eg room phones, spa shower. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely."

"The apartment was fine, a lot of room and 2 toilets. That was nice. A plus to have a balkony. Nice view. Good bed. The sofa was very bad. Really nice with a pool. Nice with possibility to buy fresh bread every morning. Also fine with different food truck."
