This location of this place is absolutely incredible. You have so many options nearby like the mall across the street and even a convenience store. Just a couple minutes away is tons of restaurants and bars. My room in particular was very clean and really had no problems. The staff was very helpful and nice to help with any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting São Paulo. Pro tip: If you have a longer stay, you will have to supply your own items once anything is finished in the room like toilet paper.

security deposit required, apt too many rules =!!!

No warning about security deposit to be paid by PayPal before check in. Check procedure was awful and very drawn out. Required photograph/ selfie and passport details sent to agency managing property before check in commencing. Upon arriving at property, access initially extremely difficult as had to pass two security doors. Concierge at building unwelcoming and also required photography for door entry system. Had to guess and use own intuition to find apartment. Loads of loads of rules. No instructions on how to use hob, had a security lock feature was unable to deactivate. Final evening of reservation locked out of building. No one available to assist. Security door no longer recognise my Face ID. Felt unwelcome with too many rules !!!!!!!!

Apartamento ideal para um casal. Internamente bem completo e mobiliado. Geladeira, microondas, steamer, fogão por indução, vários utensílios domésticos. Boa roupa de cama e banho. Secador de cabelo. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas ok para poucos dias. O ar condicionado é quente/frio. Tem TV, wi-fi. Localização ótima. Tem um Pão de açúcar quase ao lado, Smart Fit ao lado, Shopping Frei Caneca a poucos metros e Avenida Paulista/Rua Augusta bem próximo. Tem boas opções de bares e restaurantes nas redondezas.O prédio é bem organizado e seguro. Em resumo um lugar bem agradável.

VARANDA NÃO E QUARTO!

Estadia muito top. Localização extraordinária pra quem precisa estar perto do Frei Caneca e região. Muitas opções de restaurante perto e outras facilidades mas não é uma acomodação que caiba 3 pessoas. Sofá cama fica na varanda e além do frio inacreditável que passei, ainda tem a claridade pela manhã até as cortinas não são capazes de bloquear.

A localização é muito boa para quem quer ficar perto dos pontos turísticos (MASP, PINACOTECA, AV PAULISTA). De carro é rápido, quem quiser utilizar o metro tem que apenas uns 7 minutos até a estação mais próxima. A rua é uma "lombinha". Tem um mercado ao lado do prédio. A estrutura do prédio é excelente, 2 piscinas, academia, 2 elevadores, mercado dentro do condomínio e etc. O apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado. Sugiro como ponto de melhoria deixar mais de 2 rolos de papel higiênico disponível e também colocarem mais tomadas pelo apartamento, principalmente perto da cama.

O apartamento, a estrutura do prédio e o atendimento dos funcionários são ótimos. Porém a forma agressiva como é cobrado o calção de R$ 1.000 por parte do "Meu Anfitrião" é algo que beira a criminalidade. Fui já com a estadia paga através do aplicativo e mesmo assim tive o acesso barrado com essa alegação absurda de que deveria transferir por pix o valor de mil reais para um desconhecido alegando que era para eventuais danos a propriedade. Fora isso tem todo o desgaste na hora de reaver o dinheiro pois eles alegam que o prazo para devolução do pix é de 7 dias. Explicitamente um crime sendo cometido.

Excelente acomodação. Um oasis após um dia intenso de curso. Superior a outro apartamentos no mesmo prédio. Realmente diferenciado. Agua gelada ao chegar no apê foi realmente um toque de cuidado.
