Not recommended

It’s noisy 24/7 (main road + construction) and the room is really tiny. To enter the apartment, you have to register your face, but out of three people only one was recognized, which was very inconvenient. We were told we could leave our luggage before check-in, so we waited nearby, but they suddenly changed their mind and said we couldn’t. Just assume you won’t be able to leave your bags. If you’re reading this review, please think twice before booking.

Muito boa locação. Lugar limpo e organizado. Me enganei a crer que o barulho da avenida iria tirar o meu sono. Com a janela fechada não deu para encomendar em nada.

Necessário deixar caução

Prédio seguro, localização boa e flat muito bom. Tudo limpinho e novinho. É necessário fazer um depósito caução que pode ser via pix ou cartão de crédito por paypal. Achei isso ruim, pois dá muito trabalho, uma vez que o pessoal do "meu anfitrião" só libera os dados para checkin depois do preenchimento de um formulário, mediante envio de documento e comprovação da caução.

Decepção por conta da empresa que administra

Decepção por conta de empresa terceira que faz o atendimento. Tivemos problema com disjuntor que nos deixou sem energia, perdemos alimentos na geladeira, tomamos banho gelados com crianças e ficamos sem fogão elétrico para preparar refeição. Falamos com o MEU ANFITRIÃO e o retorno foi muito demorado. Comprometeu nosso horário de passeio. Problema resolvido mas com péssima comunicação. Ao final, pedimos para segurar nossa saída até 14/15 horas uma vez que nosso voou era 19h para não ficarmos esperando no aeroporto com crianças pequenas de 3 e 5 anos. Mais uma vez sem retorno algum.
